Abby Ziemer Malone got started in Martial Arts at the age of 7.  She began taking classes after her brother had started 6 months earlier as a birthday present.  Abby thought it looked fun and wanted to try it out for herself.  Abby enjoyed Martial Arts so much she instantly began competing and working towards earning her first black belt.  As Abby earned her 4th degree in TaeKwon-Do she desired to train in other arts to become more well rounded.  Abby began studying Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Weeping Style Ju Jutsu , and Kickboxing, and continues to compete and learn more on a daily basis.

    • 2x USTF National Taekwon-Do Champion
    • WTF/ USTU Junior Olympics Competitor
    • 1996-Competed on Team USA in Glasgow,Scotland, EUROPEAN CHAMPIONSHIPS
           Individual Sparring Gold Medalist, Team Patterns Gold  Medalist,                        Team Sparring Silver Medalist.
