You may notice many athletes in Martial Arts suffer injuries such as pulled hamstrings, torn ACL, etc.  This is because as a whole the Martial Arts industry is void of trainers who actually know how to train the body for performance.  All to often, coaches focus on one thing and leave the rest, resulting in an underdeveloped athlete who is prone to sub par performance and too many injuries.  Too many times a coach says “get 100 kicks”, leaving the athlete to do 100 poorly performed kicks, which did nothing but degrade overall technique, create muscle imbalance, and simply waste time. Many athletes unknowingly spend as much time untraining themselves as they do productively improving their skills and performance.

We want to REVOLUTIONIZE the way Martial Artists are trained, and provide Local Martial Artists extra benefits of Professional Strength and Conditioning Coaches to help take their game to the top. Renegade Training has worked wonders for our team, which was the Top Ranked Team in Arkansas in 2006.
