Our workout is focused on
the “Renegade Concepts of Training™” which are:

*Postural alignment is perfected
*Stabilization in the most destabilized training environments
*Force developed such that it can be projected, accepted and
redirected
at maximal levels.

Using these concepts, we
develop training models using the “Renegade Wheel of Conditioning™”.
The wheel consists of 8 areas, which must be equally developed to bring
harmonious development and ensure maximal performance. These areas are:

*Range of Motion, Dynamic

*Linear Speed
*Strength
*Work
Threshold/ GPP
While this class
is designed for the success of TEAM REVOLUTION in competition, it’s NOT
EXCLUSIVELY for those who compete. If you train with us, you are an
essential part of TEAM REVOLUTION, whether your role is to play in the
competition arena, or help train those who do. This class is open to
anyone who wishes to learn more about exercise, become healthier, and
live a more fulfilling life. This class is a lot of fun and a great way
to build camaraderie among team members and friends.
